The Health Department is located in the basement of the Municipal Building.  The Health Department office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Note: All marriage certificates must be requested in person.  However, you can complete the Marriage Certificate Worksheet online, print it and bring it to the Health Department.  This will help us process your request more quickly.

To request a certified copy of your marriage license, send a letter to the Health Department with your names (bride and groom) and date of marriage.  Enclose $10.00 per copy requested.
