    Orange Soda! Make your own orange soda! Wouldn't it be cool to have a healthy soda? We will squeeze the vitamin C out of different types of oranges to make our special sparkling drink. Presenters Catherine O'Rourke, RN and Anne Bingham, MD have been working together since 2016 to bring education about whole foods plant-based eating to our community. Recently they and Depak Patel, DO, have opened Connecticut Lifestyle Medicine here in Middletown. A medical practice with focus on Lifestyle Medicine and a plant-based diet. Catherine and Anne are excited to use the Charlie Cart to share about the power of food for your health. For ages 5 yrs - 11 yrs Registration recommended.
