    Storytime, play and music and movement for two year olds and their caregivers. This story time is so popular that we will be offering double the “Twos are Terrific” storytimes on Tuesday mornings! Group A will meet from 9:30-10:30am Group B will meet from 10:30-11:30am For two year olds (24mo. to 36mo.), siblings welcome! We ask that families plan to attend only one session per Tuesday. No registration is required, but space is limited to the first 40 friends who arrive. Sponsored by the Friends of the Russell Library.

    NEW! THE LITTLE THINGS 3.0 “The Little Things” series will cover more of the seemingly insignificant things that can have a huge impact on your catch rate. This is all new material, geared for both veteran and rookie fly anglers, covering fresh and saltwater, and popular species from trout to stripers to steelhead to smallmouth and more. Pay attention to the little things, and you may become one of the 10% who catches 90% of the fish. Steve Culton, is a Connecticut fly fishing guide and instructor, fly tyer, and freelance writer. His work has appeared in Field & Stream, American Angler, The Flyfish Journal, The Drake, Flyfishing & Tying Journal, Eastern Fly Fishing, Fly Rod & Reel Online, and the Mid Atlantic Fly Fishing Guide. This is a One Book on the Riverbend Event. The One Book on the Riverbend title is the Pulitzer Prize winning, The Overstory by Richard Powers. Copies are available for check-out.
